2020 Board Elections Nomination by Petition
In accordance with the PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union bylaws, the Nominating Committee has made nominations to fill three (3) three-year term vacancies. The nominees are:
NOMINATIONS BY PETITION:
Any Credit Union member who meets the requirements to serve on the Board should file a nomination by petition with the Secretary of the Board by April 3, 2020. Each petition must contain the printed names and signatures of 60 members in good standing (1% of the membership). Nominations by petition must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications, biographical data, a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he/she is agreeable to nomination, will serve if elected, will abide by the standards of performance, and a photo in jpg format.

The credit union’s electronic voting process offers all eligible members the opportunity to vote in the 2020 Board of Directors Elections. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting. The electronic voting process will take place from April 13 – May 8, 2020. Members will be notified and provided with the necessary details beforehand.
