2018 Board Elections
In accordance with the election calendar, the Nominating Committee has made nominations to fill three, (3) three-year term vacancies. The nominees are:
NOMINATIONS BY PETITION:
Nomination by Petition: Any Credit Union member who considers that he/she meets the requirements to serve on the Board may file a nomination by petition with the Secretary of the Board by April 13, 2018. Each petition must contain the printed names and signatures of 53 Credit Union members in good standing (1% of the membership). Nominations by petition must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications, biographical data, a photo in JPEG format, and a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he/she agrees to serve if elected and to abide by the standards of performance of the Board. The CU’s electronic voting process offers all eligible members the opportunity to vote in the 2018 Board of Directors Elections. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting. The electronic voting process will take place from April 23 – May 18, 2018 and members will be notified and provided with the necessary election voting details beforehand.
