Coronavirus Pandemic Update
The health and financial well-being of our members, employees and the global health communities we serve is our top priority and we recognize how the continued spreading of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is impacting your daily lives.
We Are Taking Steps to Minimize Health Risks and Maintain Services
We take helping people live better, healthier lives seriously and are taking recommended measures towards limiting the community spread of the Coronavirus. In response, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we are temporarily suspending public access to our Columbia Plaza Branch located at 506 23rd Street NW, Washington, DC and our Administrative Headquarters located at 2112 F Street NW, Suite 201, Washington, DC. However, our staff will continue to be available via telephone (1-866-724-6328) and email during regular business hours to serve our members. As needed, an in-person appointment will be scheduled by our staff if it is critical to the execution of your financial transaction. We have also suspended all member educational sessions and participation by PAHO/WHO FCU employees at community events and meetings.
The PAHO/WHO FCU offers a variety of methods in which you can access your account 24/7 through our digital banking, ATM and shared branching services. We encourage you to visit our website at PAHOfcu.org for detailed information on utilizing our digital services that allow you to do your banking anywhere, anytime including managing account activity and balances, transferring funds between accounts, paying bills and depositing checks directly to your account from your mobile device.
You may also visit one of over 5,600 Credit Union Shared-Branching locations or 30,000 Surcharge-Free ATMs to access our PAHO/WHO FCU accounts. We recommend that if you plan to visit any of our shared branch locations, please call the specific location ahead of time to make sure that they are open.
