2023 BOARD ELECTIONS

In accordance with the bylaws, the Nominating Committee has made nominations to fill the three (3) three-year term vacancies. The nominees are:

  • Antonio Hernandez
  • Luis Proaño
  • Sarah Arneson
  • Pamela Tejada
  • Pamela Alvarez

NOMINATION BY PETITION:

Any Credit Union member who considers he/she meets the requirements to serve on the Board may file a nomination by petition with the Secretary of the Board by April 14, 2023. Each petition must contain the printed names and signatures of 81 members in good standing (1% of the membership). Nominations by petition must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications, biographical data, a photo in JPEG format, and a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he/she agrees to serve if elected and to abide by the standards of performance of the Board. ELECTIONS:

The CU’s electronic voting process offers all eligible members the opportunity to vote in the 2023 Board of Directors Elections. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting. The electronic voting process will take place from April 24 – May 19, 2023 and members will be notified and provided with the necessary details beforehand.
