2024 Board of Directors Candidates and Annual Meeting
In accordance with the bylaws, the Nominating Committee has made these three (3) nominations to fill three (3) three-year term vacancies. The nominees are:
- Tyson Kidder
- Federico Ortiz
- Isabel Vigil
NOMINATION BY PETITION:
Any Credit Union member who considers he/she meets the requirements to serve on the Board may file a nomination by petition with the Secretary of the Board by 11:59 pm on April 10, 2024. Each petition must contain the printed names and signatures of 81 members in good standing (1% of the membership). Nominations by petition must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications, biographical data, a photo in JPEG format, and a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he/she agrees to serve if elected and to abide by the standards of performance of the Board. ANNUAL MEETING:
The Annual Meeting will be held May 15, 2024. When the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
