Notes From Our Annual Meeting

For over 75 years, we have remained committed to our mission of helping people live better and healthier financial lives. The Annual Meeting, held on May 21, 2025, was a wonderful way to share the value of working together to make a difference in the communities we serve. 

75th Annual Meeting A Celebration of Service

Thank you to all who joined our event held at the PAHO/WHO headquarters. During the meeting, we shared an overview of our accomplishments in 2024 and what's ahead for the credit union in 2025 and beyond. In addition, we announced the board election results. Congratulations to the 2025 Board of Directors

 This year, our past Board Chair, Isabel Vigil, chose to step down from her role to create space for others to serve in Board leadership. First elected as Board Chair in May 2017, Isabel has been an incredibly supportive leadership partner throughout her 8-year tenure—steadfast in preserving our financial strength, open to new strategic visions, and always a strong advocate for our membership. Ricardo de la Torre and Federico Ortiz will serve as Chair and Vice-Chair, respectively.
