PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union Appoints Michael Ray VP of Organizational Development
As part of its ongoing commitment to creating a culture of growth and development, PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union (PAHO/WHO FCU) has appointed Michael Ray, Vice President of Organizational Development. The appointment marks a significant step in the credit union’s ongoing initiative to prioritize talent retention and career progression for its employees.
With over three decades of experience in the credit union industry, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

In addition to working in the credit union community for 34 years, Michael is an International Credit Union Development Educator (ICUDE) and longtime presenter and trainer, who has been associated with the African American Credit Union Council since 2001.
