PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union Strengthens Leadership with New Risk Executive and Internal Promotions

Reinforcing its commitment to building a high-performing, future-ready organization, PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union (PAHO/WHO FCU) announced the appointment of a new Vice President of Risk Management alongside several internal promotions that reflect the organization’s continued investment in talent and leadership development.

Peggy Hinshaw joins PAHO/WHO FCU as Vice President of Risk Management, bringing extensive experience across banking, regulatory oversight, and cybersecurity risk. She most recently served at EagleBank in Maryland and has previously held roles with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), NetBank Audit, and community banks throughout Virginia.
